About the Role

The Team Leader - Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and driving the performance of the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. This role involves strategic sales planning, team management, client relationship development, and ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations. The Team Leader - Sales plays a key role in maximizing productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales performance across the brokerage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate brokers and sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Set clear performance objectives, KPIs, and commission structures in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales meetings.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.

2. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and transaction volume.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive exclusive listings and high-value transactions across secondary and off-plan markets.
- Collaborate with senior management on forecasting, budgeting, and growth initiatives.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee complex negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Ensure a high standard of client service and long-term client retention.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights and performance reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data management.

5. Compliance & Operational Oversight
- Ensure all sales activities comply with ADREC, Madhmoun, and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
- Enforce company policies, ethical standards, and quality control measures.
- Work closely with property management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including secondary and off-plan segments.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • High ethical standards and a results-oriented mindset.
