We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. This role is exclusively for professionals with a proven track record in the UAE real estate market who are ready to leverage their expertise and client network within a dynamic and fast-growing company.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing expert guidance through every stage of the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Property Listings: Manage and promote premium property listings, ensuring maximum visibility and market appeal.
• Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments to offer clients the best possible advice.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead successful negotiations and secure favourable deals for clients, achieving high closing rates.
• Documentation & Compliance: Oversee transaction documentation (MOUs, LOIs, addendums) and ensure compliance with all UAE regulations.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months + of proven experience in real estate consulting or sales within the UAE.
• Broker Card: Must hold a valid UAE broker card.
• Driving License: A UAE driving license is required.
• Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the UAE property market, particularly Abu Dhabi.
• Sales Record: Strong closing record with experience in handling high-value transactions.
• Client-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to providing superior client service.
