About the Role
The Listing Agent – Secondary Market will play a key role in expanding and managing the company’s resale property portfolio. This position focuses on sourcing high-quality listings, building long-term relationships with property owners, and ensuring each listing is accurately positioned, compliant, and market-ready to achieve optimal sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, secure, and manage residential secondary market listings through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords, with a focus on securing exclusive listings
- Ensure all listings are Madhmoun verified
- Maintain a structured database of current and prospective sellers
- Conduct property inspections, collect accurate information, and coordinate professional photography and videography
- Prepare compelling property descriptions and collaborate with portal managers for listing publication
- Ensure all listings meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive pricing analysis to advise sellers effectively
- Monitor market trends and adjust listing strategies accordingly
- Provide regular updates to sellers on market activity, buyer feedback, and listing performance
- Coordinate viewings with buyers’ agents and internal teams
- Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi property laws and ADREC regulations
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience, preferably within Abu Dhabi’s secondary market
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property regulations and resale processes
- Proven negotiation, pricing analysis, and CRM management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
