We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Luxury Property Consultant to specialize in premium and high-value residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, delivering exceptional service, and closing luxury transactions within the Abu Dhabi market.
This role requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, discretion, and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with elite clientele.
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, family offices, and corporate clients.
- Provide tailored advisory services throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Deliver a premium, concierge-level client experience.2. Luxury Property Sales & Listings
- Source and secure exclusive luxury property listings.
- Market high-end properties through strategic and targeted channels.
- Conduct private viewings and curated property presentations.
- Ensure listings meet high presentation and branding standards.3. Market Expertise & Advisory
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market, pricing trends, and new developments.
- Advise clients on investment potential, ROI, and market positioning.
- Develop strong relationships with premium developers and key stakeholders.4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company standards.5. Networking & Business Development
- Expand personal and corporate networks within the luxury segment.
- Attend exclusive events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop referral partnerships to increase deal flow.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the UAE.
- Strong track record of closing high-value transactions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
